BEAUTY OF AKSHARDHAM TEMPLE

    This is about the time when I was in class VII and my school decided that we will go for a picnic  at different places like [ AKSHARDHAM TEMPLE is first one and Railway  Museum  , national science centre ]  When mam told us this, we became very happy and I could not wait since  I was very excited.  Regarding the Akshardham temple, what is it like ? what is kept there?  there were many such questions in my mind.  Finally that day came.  The day we were about to leave  for  the picnic.  We gathered in the school ground in the morning and then we boarded on the bus at 8: 30 am We also had four teachers with us.  We sat in a big bus which had a lot of space, after 8: 45 am  the bus started.  I was sitting with my friends Vishal Shah & Naman.  We had a lot of fun in the bus, after a few hours, we were near Akshardham temple. It was visible. finally we reached the Akshardham temple at 11:30 am. 

When I saw the temple first time from outside, the gate of the temple was visible completely black, but when I went inside,  nothing black was visible.

My excitement was beyond  imagination.  We went inside the temple and we found that ,

It looked so pristine and pure and you can feel positive energy being radiated as you approach it.

The temple is not the only abode of God but also a brilliant display of Indian tradition through art.

The exterior of the temple had beautifully carved handiworks, accompanied by large gates and gardens.

There are a few principle factors that make up the exteriors of the Akshardham Mandir complex

Our  mam told  us that The temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan and other great saints who once walked on this land.  There is an 11ft gold plates idol of Swaminarayan inside and it felt so real. It felt as it Bhagwan Swaminarayan was standing in front of me blessing all of us. There are also idols of Krishna and Radha, Narayan and Lakshmi, Sita and Ram, Parvati and Shiv, who look regal in their own right. 

 Finally  we went for  the  Neelkanth Darshan

A beautiful film about Swamiji is shown inside Neelkanth Darshan. The film chronicles his entire life and how he became such a holy saint. And so on
After completely roaming in Akshardham, we came out of Akshardham and we proceeded towards the National Science Center. On our way back  path I saw  Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate  and Purana qila and many  other beautiful things.
The Beauty and tradition of Akshardham temple  is  awesome.  Everyone should visit  Akshardham temple at least one time Because when we go inside the temple, we get to see a lot of things.  There are statues of many gods idols And we get to learn a lot of about Indian culture and tradition.
